Fundraising depends on trust, clarity, and connection—but at its core, this campaign was about community. The event needed a digital home where supporters could gather, feel confident in their contributions, and take meaningful action.

I began by understanding the context of the event and its audience—supporters who cared deeply about the mission but needed a clear, seamless way to participate. I examined similar fundraising platforms and donation flows to identify what encouraged users to give and where friction typically occurred. This research shaped a structure that prioritized accessibility, transparency, and ease of use.

From there, I designed and launched the event’s donation website, streamlining sponsorship pathways and optimizing the user experience for donors. Every design decision—from layout to navigation—was guided by the belief that giving should feel intuitive and human rather than transactional.

Alongside the website, I led end-to-end content production to amplify the campaign’s story. I created photography and video content, edited assets for different platforms, and developed a cohesive social media strategy that carried the same visual and emotional tone across channels.

The results reflected the strength of this integrated approach. The campaign exceeded its goal, raising over $17,000. By integrating design, storytelling, and digital strategy, the project increased visibility, fostered community engagement, and created a seamless experience for both sponsors and donors—transforming digital touchpoints into real-world impact.
